Moving?

Now that I've prettified this log, I may be spending less time here, as some of you have emailed me saying you cannot leave comments. Look for me here...http://thefaeriegreen.livejournal.com/ for a while.

I will check back, as I have lots more time now (yay!) and thank you for reading this last year. Be well my elves!

New Photos of Old Friends

Remember that wild little black kitten that took months to rescue and train and socialize? That's our wildo Luna with the glowing eyes. She has as much Bart-Simpson-style energy as ever, but she loves being a housecat and she loves people~ every guest we have, she jumps in laps and shows off her sassy walk. That's Luna. Her eyes don't usually glow like tha, but the picture is too funny.

Remember that little stray grey and white fluffball we rescued last year... well feast your eyes on Tabitha, upclose and gorgeous, a perfectly spoiled housecat. How could anyone say no to those eyes? That's my Tab, she's a little funny bunny.

So I just checked and some of the old photos from 2006 did survive on here, fun to compare the kittens of last June and July to now. The odd thing about Tabitha and Luna is that they are a full year old, but still kitten-tiny, especially in the face. All five get along rather well, the girls still grate on Galahad's nerves but everyone is content when it is time for food or sleep. The house of contentment.

This same contentment and joy can be yours... ask today about Mikey & Sammy the new boys for adoption!

May Day!

Sunshine, fresh air, lilacs in bloom... more kitties that need adoption. Anyone out there in the New York City area looking to adopt? I've got two very sweet little boy kittens that need a home.
I'll have to get a perfect picture to post, but their need exceeds their extreme cuteness. Please leave a comment if you are interested.

Mostly Maddening

The greatest way to hate a perfectly fine song is to use it as your cell phone ring. Thank you technology, now I hate Mozart.

Still Here, rarely still

Hello again, you have not been forgotten. Tabitha is on my lap, fast asleep. More feral cats to save now.

Jane Eyre on PBS, the latest masterpiece theatre treatment, DVD on February 20th. This is seven versions now? I love it! Marathon in March!

Harry Potter Mania in July~ good times, magic.

I am tired and thirsty and lucky. Just greening in, bright blessings to you. I will fly in again soon.
